Seven years ago today, I married the most wonderful man in the world. Thank you Sean, for loving me despite my many flaws. For picking me up when I crash and burn. For pushing me to do things I never thought possible. For being a wonderful father. For working hard and providing for our family. For indulging me when I get in "one of those silly moods". For pretending to love the ballet. For enduring my terrible jokes. For being my best friend. I love you. Here's to the next seven years!

Broadway Family Favorites 2012
I had the privilege to participate in BFF again this year. I also was assistant choreographer. It was so interesting being on the other side of things and seeing the thought process that goes into a show like that. It was a huge learning experience for me. The shows I was in this year were, Beauty and the Beast, Guys and Dolls, West Side Story and Throughly Modern Millie. Aside from a slight wardrobe malfunction on opening night (see below, the back of my dress popped open), everything went really well. I think My favorite numbers were from Millie, just because the choreography was so cute and it was so fun to perform. There are a ton of photos here so click on one if you want to see the whole album.
Christmas 2011
What is there to say about Christmas. Santa came...and left. He spoiled our kids and we just don't know what we are going to do with him!
July 4th 2011
I apologize for going out of order, but that is what happens when you don't update your blog for about a year. These pictures are from the 4th of July last year. As always we had the BBQ in the Yergensen's backyard, complete with giant slip 'n' slide. Landon was scared to go down at first (as seen in the pictures), but he got into it pretty fast. Of course the night was finished off with fireworks, which Brooklyn was not a fan of. Hopefully this year will be a little easier on her.
Princess Tea Party
Brooklyn's Aunt Julie invited us to a princess tea party up in Logan. It was so unbelievably fun. Brooklyn's eyes just lit up when she saw all the princesses. Brooklyn was picked out of the audience to dance with Belle. I think she was Brooklyn's favorite because she kept going back over to her and giving her random hugs. It was so much fun to watch. I think I had more fun than Brooklyn, if that is even possible. Thanks for the invite Julie!
Guess who is 4?!
Landon turned 4 this last year. I wasn't surprised when he wanted a Batman birthday party. He invited all of his buddies and we played games and ate cake and who could forget presents of course! I can't believe he is almost 5 now. How time does fly. Once again thank you to all that could come. We love you to the moon and back little man!
Backyard Campout
Camping is hard with kids. But what better way to do it, then in your own backyard. All of Sean's siblings brought their kids and we set up tents and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. All the men volunteered to sleep outside with all the kids so us women folk could stay warm and cozy in our own beds (which if you know me, you know that I REALLY appreciated that). It was getting late and we couldn't find Landon. We looked in the tent and he had crawled in all on his own and fallen asleep. The kids had such a good time. We will have to do it again this summer.
Look at me, I'm 2!
Brooklyn celebrated her second birthday at her Grammy's house. It was a Hello Kitty themed party. The biggest hit was probably the baby gear. She loved the stroller and the bed. In fact, I think she thought the bed was for her! It was so much fun. Thank you to everyone who came and helped us celebrate our baby girl.
